The Exhibition of China's Three Famous Brocades is now open at the Sui-Tang Dynasties Grand Canal Cultural Museum. For the first time in Luoyang, Shu brocade (originating from Sichuan), Song-Dynasty-Style brocade and Yunjin brocade (or cloud brocade, developed in Nanjing) – China's most celebrated weaving traditions – are showcased together.
With 73 exquisite pieces spanning from the Warring States Period (475-221 BC) to modern times, this exhibition unveils the unparalleled craftsmanship and enduring elegance of ancient Chinese textiles.
Dates: Until June 8
