Readers of the sci-fi novel Death's End, the third book in the Three-Body trilogy, are impressed by the Earth Civilization Museum located on Pluto. In Beijing, there is a similar institution in function—the National Archives of Publications and Culture.
However, it's not only historical artifacts that make it into its collection. On Jan 6, the National Archives welcomed a new addition to its collection: a series of photocopied newspapers and periodicals donated by Renmin University of China.
China Daily reporter Yan An spoke with head of the project and the university president to learn more about its story.
