Seres saw its NEV sales in October rise 104.61 percent year-on-year to 36,011 units, said the Chinese carmaker on Friday.
They brought the company's deliveries in the first 10 months this year to 352,724 units, registering a remarkable year-on-year surge of 310.99 percent.
They have been driven by the expanded lineup of AITO, codeveloped by Seres and Huawei. So far this year, Seres has launched the New M5, New M7 Pro as well as the five-seat M9, which bring advanced smart mobility experiences to consumers.
So far, the M9 has achieved cumulative orders exceeding 160,000 units within 10 months of its release and has maintained the top spot in sales for luxury models priced above 500,000 yuan ($70,201) for six consecutive months, setting new records for Chinese NEV brands.
In the first three quarters of this year, driven by sustained growth in NEV sales, Seres achieved revenue of 106.63 billion yuan, a significant increase of 539.24 percent year-on-year. The net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company reached 4.038 billion yuan.
