Suzhou has long been a gathering place for great minds. During the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644), four legendary literati – Shen Zhou (1427-1509), Tang Yin (1470-1524), Wen Zhengming (1470-1559) and Qiu Ying (1498-1552) – rose to prominence, becoming known as the Four Masters of Wu School.

Inspired by their studies’ names, Suzhou Museum has designed a set of book-shaped perfume balm. Placed inside a box resembling ancient bookcases, the delicate and elegant balm brings a refined touch of history and scent to everyday moments.
