The Cultural Landscape of Old Tea Forests of Jingmai Mountain in Pu’er was inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List on Sept 17, 2023. To mark the first anniversary, a large-scale exhibition Jingmai Mountain: Symbiosis and Heritage was recently unveiled at the Yunnan Provincial Museum.

The Cultural Landscape of the Old Tea Forests of Jingmai Mountain is located in Lancang Lahu autonomous county, Pu'er, Yunnan province. The dense forests, ancient tea trees, pleasant environment and the tea culture passed down by indigenous groups such as the Blang, Dai, Hani, Va and Han form a beautiful picture of harmonious coexistence between humans and nature.
