A 12-day cultural feast, including more than 90 special performances, was launched at Panlong Tiandi on September 6 as part of Shanghai's global consumption season, Shanghai Summer, running from July through October.
Known as Xinsheng Festival, the event celebrates the upcoming traditional Chinese Mid-Autumn Festival that falls on September 17 this year.
The festive event consists of more than 90 special performances, over 15 workshops, one literary forum, a Mid-Autumn market attended by more than 50 brands, as well as 4 days of reunion banquets highlighted by outdoor lanterns along the Panlong Tiandi, an urban retreat destination developed by Shui On Group.
