Calling all students! Until Sept 14, students who can recite the full text of Li Sao (The Sorrow of Parting) within the specified timeframe will get free admission to the Eternal Love of Three Gorges scenic area, enjoy a spectacular show and take home a commemorative certificate.

Li Sao is an ancient Chinese poem from the anthology Chuci (The Songs of Chu), which is traditionally attributed to Qu Yuan (340-278 BC). Qu, a legendary poet from Yichang, Hubei province, was China's first patriotic poet and a pioneer of romantic literature. The scenic area, located in Yidu, brings his incredible story to life through breath-taking performances of The Eternal Love of Three Gorges show.

Through this event, the scenic area aims to integrate tourism with traditional culture, promote Qu Yuan's legacy and inspire a love for traditional culture among students.
