Xiling Snow Mountain and Huashui Bay Tourist Resort includes the Xiling Snow Mountain Ski Resort, Huashui Bay Scenic Area and the Xiling market town. In October 2013, it was recognized as a provincial-level tourist resort.

It is centered around two main areas: The Xiling Snow Mountain Ski Resort and the Huaqian Bay Scenic Area. The ski resort, featuring seven trails, is the best in the market in Southwest China and the largest and most well-equipped ski resort in the region. It has been selected as a national sports tourism demonstration base and awarded the title of national ski tourism resort. Huashui Bay Town has been praised by the United Nations Human Settlements Program as a livable town. Huashui Bay Hot Springs is the first in Sichuan province to have a Medical Mineral Water Identification Certificate for its natural hot mineral water springs.

The resort offers a variety of accommodation options, including star-rated hotels, inns, bed and breakfasts and campsites. The resort also boasts a range of dining facilities, including cafes, bars, snack shops, tea houses, dessert stores and milk tea shops, providing 24-hour services for guests.
