Archaeological treasures from Shanxi on display in Henan

A total of 157 precious artifacts from the Shanxi Museum are currently exhibited at the Zhengzhou Museum in Henan. These treasures were unearthed from major tombs and sites dating to the Western Zhou and Eastern Zhou dynasties (c.11th century-256 BC) in the Shanxi region. They include bronze ritual instruments, weapons and Houma covenant inscriptions, and reflect the historical progression of the Jin State.
