Stone, wood, bronze, silver and gold caskets discovered from the underground palace of Longquan Temple’s pagoda base in Taiyuan, Shanxi, are on display at the Shanxi Museum. From outer to inner, large to small, humble to precious, the Sarira is contained in the smallest gold casket. Visit the Shanxi Museum and behold their beauty firsthand!
