"Intangible cultural relics are not antiques lying in dust, but living fossils bustling with life," said Yang Yuni, who was born in the Hani terrace of Honghe, Southwest China's Yunnan province, in 1996. After graduating from university, she returned to her hometown and began to teach Hani songs and dances in an innovative way. Yang shared her experience of promoting intangible culture among ethnic minority youth.
