Step into the vibrant history and daily life depicted through the traditional ethnic costumes of women in Southwest and South China! On Dec 22, the grand opening of the Pearl River Basin Women’s Ethnic Attire Exhibition took place at the Guangdong Museum.
The exhibition curates a selection of the opulent attire and wedding garments from 23 different indigenous ethnic groups residing in this region. It’s a remarkable journey delving into the intricate cultural codes embedded within these splendid garments. The exhibition will run until March 24.
