In Gengma county, Yunnan province, the “Dushuchenglin Scenic Area” is home to the largest and most perfectly shaped banyan tree discovered in Southeast Asia to date. In 2020, it was recognized as a national AAA-level tourist attraction. The well-preserved state of this tree is a testament to the local De'ang people's reverence and awe for nature.
