As this year marks the 10th anniversary of the Belt and Road Initiative, SHOAC has put together a special series of shows to celebrate the occasion. This series will consist of the dance productions Anna Karenina and Eugene Onegin by the Eifman Ballet of St Petersburg, Israeli Kamea Dance Company's Carmina Burana, as well as the Red Detachment of Women, a repertoire by the National Ballet of China.

The series will also feature music groups such as the Moldovan National Symphony Orchestra, the Filarmonica Oltenia Craiova from Romania, the Arabic Maqam Ensemble, and Gurdjieff Ensemble.
