Zhejiang exhibition revisits achievements of local artistic master

Ren Bonian (1840-1895), born in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province, was one of the four masters of the Shanghai art school in the late Qing Dynasty (1644-1911). On Sept 9, the Shaoxing Museum unveiled an exhibition, revisiting Ren’s artistic achievements, showcasing 158 paintings created by Ren and his teachers, friends and students. Don’t miss out! The exhibition will run through to Dec 9.
