A Japanese restaurant in Jinpu

The Asakusa Japanese Cuisine restaurant is nestled in Jinpu New Area of Dalian. Established in 2015, it is dedicated to redefining traditional Japanese cuisine. Influenced by his mother, the restaurant owner, Jiang Fan, developed a passion for cooking and dreamed of having his own small restaurant with a tranquil courtyard where he could raise an adorable dog. He envisioned a cozy izakaya where he could quietly enjoy a drink, and share his favorite food and drinks with customers.

With 23 years of working experience in Japan, Jiang meticulously selects ingredients to ensure that every diner enjoys the supreme pleasure of fresh ingredients.

"Every day, I go to the market to pick out the finest ingredients. From sea cucumber to mantis shrimp, each item is carefully chosen and delivered to our restaurant for our customers. We guarantee that all our seafood ingredients are the freshest available," Jiang explained.

"The dishes here are very delicious and beautifully presented! The tempura was well fried, rivaling the taste of restaurants in Japan. The beef is flavorful, and the vegetables are also very fragrant," said diners from Japan in praise.
