Kaiping Diaolou, a UNESCO world heritage site

Located in Guangdong province, the Kaiping Diaolou Cultural Tourism Area is a cluster of multi-story towers that combine defense, residence, and elements of both Chinese and Western architectural arts. It was inscribed as a world heritage site by UNESCO in June 2007.
