Discover Harbin Flood Control Memorial Tower

Check out the Harbin Flood Control Memorial Tower in Stalin Park in Harbin, Heilongjiang province! It was built to commemorate the victory of the people during the great flood in 1957. In 2017, it was included in the second group of China's 20th-century architectural heritage list.
