The modern Cantonese Opera Rice Fragrance Garden was staged at the Hongxiannyu Grand Theater in Guangzhou, Guangdong province on June 29. Shedding light on food security and rural vitalization, the production is inspired by the project of the hybrid rice experimental base at the Longping Rice Fragrance Garden in Guangzhou.
This performance is also part of the 2023 Guangzhou Art Season.
