Robotic dog is born in Inner Mongolia

A robotic dog was on the prowl on Tuesday in a robot assembly workshop of Inner Mongolia's Beike Jiaoda Robot Co.
The robot can lift 80 kilograms, run at a speed of 8 kilometers per hour and jump 2.5 meters over barriers.
It can also overcome the harsh terrain and climate environments, perform all-around recognition and operate independently. It can be used in such fields as steel, aluminum, coal, photoelectric, wind power and magnetic materials.
The company is the only manufacturer in the Inner Mongolia autonomous region that can produce a full range of robots. It has an annual production capacity of 500.
