Mino Fifaliana, a PhD student in Wuhan who came to China from Madagascar 12 years ago to study Chinese cuisine, believes it is the product of at least two essential ingredients: wisdom and love. Armed with that knowledge she has opened a Chinese restaurant in Madagascar.
