Here is a bronze zun vessel in the shape of a resting rabbit, with its two ears flat against its back and four legs curled up. Its hollow body is used to hold wine and its large trumpet-shaped mouth tells its function. Circular lines decorate the two sides of the rabbit’s belly.

The vessel dates back to the Western Zhou Dynasty (c.11th century-771 BC) and part of the collection of the Shanxi Museum.
