On Nov 30, 2,419 patients were released from hospital after being cured (59 imported cases; 2,360 indigenous cases, 1,070 in Guangdong province, 324 in Beijing municipality, 223 in Chongqing municipality, 134 in Shanxi province, 107 in Sichuan province, 96 in Henan province, 77 in Inner Mongolia autonomous region, 67 in Hebei province, 45 in Yunnan province, 41 in Jiangsu province, 29 in Shandong province, 25 in Guizhou province, 24 in Shaanxi province, 15 in Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region, 13 in Zhejiang province, 12 in Fujian province, 10 in Liaoning province, 8 in Hubei province, 7 in Heilongjiang province, 7 in Hunan province, 7 in Hainan province, 4 in Tianjin municipality, 4 in Shanghai municipality, 4 in Qinghai province, 3 in Gansu province, 1 in Jilin province, 1 in Jiangxi province, 1 in Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region and 1 in Ningxia Hui autonomous region). 237,048 people who had had close contact with infected patients were freed from medical observation. As of 24:00 on Nov 30, 31 provincial-level regions and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps on the Chinese mainland had reported 27,616 cases of imported confirmed infections and no deaths. In all, 26,840 patients had been cured and discharged from hospital. There still remained 776 confirmed cases (no cases in serious condition) and no suspected cases.

As of 24:00 on Nov 30, the National Health Commission had received reports of 323,686 confirmed cases and 5,233 deaths in 31 provincial-level regions and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps on the Chinese mainland, and in all 281,106 patients had been cured and discharged from hospital. There still remained 37,347 confirmed cases (including 99 cases in serious condition) and no suspected cases. 13,011,276 people had been identified as having had close contact with infected patients. 2,074,680 were still under medical observation.

As of 24:00 on Nov 30, 388,467 asymptomatic cases were still under medical observation (including 1,756 imported cases).

As of 24:00 on Nov 30, 8,773,617 confirmed infections had been reported in the Hong Kong and Macao special administrative regions and Taiwan province: 459,445 in Hong Kong (10,747 had died and 99,099 had been cured and discharged from hospital), 806 in Macao (6 had died and 789 had been cured and discharged from hospital) and 8,313,366 in Taiwan (14,334 had died and 13,742 had been cured and discharged from hospital).
