The Quju Opera Teahouse will be staged at the Shijiazhuang Grand Theater on Jan 4 and 5 in 2023. Adapted from the drama of the same name by Lao She (1899-1966), it portrays the great social changes in China from 1898 to the 1940s through the lens of a teahouse in Beijing.
