A classic production by the Beijing People’s Art Theater, the drama Peking Man was restaged at its venue on Oct 19 through Nov 5. Besides its avant-garde stage design, this version was a new interpretation of the script, depicting the decline of a powerful family in Beijing in the early 20th century.
