On Oct 14, 31 provincial-level regions and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps on the Chinese mainland reported 361 new cases of confirmed infections (70 imported cases, 24 in Guangdong province, 21 in Fujian province, 8 in Beijing municipality, 6 in Tianjin municipality, 5 in Sichuan province, 4 in Jiangsu province, 1 in Inner Mongolia autonomous region and 1 in Yunnan province, including 5 confirmed cases converting from asymptomatic cases, 3 in Guangdong province, 1 in Fujian province and 1 in Sichuan province; 291 indigenous cases, 60 in Guangdong province, 48 in Inner Mongolia autonomous region, 37 in Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region, 27 in Shanxi province, 25 in Heilongjiang province, 15 in Sichuan province, 14 in Beijing municipality, 10 in Henan province, 10 in Chongqing municipality, 8 in Liaoning province, 8 in Jiangsu province, 7 in Zhejiang province, 6 in Shaanxi province, 4 in Shanghai municipality, 3 in Fujian province, 3 in Hunan province, 2 in Yunnan province, 2 in Tibet autonomous region, 1 in Hubei province and 1 in Guizhou province, including 49 confirmed cases converting from asymptomatic cases, 15 in Inner Mongolia autonomous region, 8 in Beijing municipality, 7 in Shanxi province, 5 in Sichuan province, 3 in Hunan province, 3 in Guangdong province, 3 in Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region, 2 in Fujian province, 2 in Henan province and 1 in Jiangsu province), no deaths, and no new cases of suspected infections.

On Oct 14, 254 patients were released from hospital after being cured (45 imported cases; 209 indigenous cases, 64 in Inner Mongolia autonomous region, 34 in Sichuan province, 24 in Guizhou province, 19 in Guangdong province, 11 in Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region, 9 in Yunnan province, 8 in Heilongjiang province, 6 in Chongqing municipality, 4 in Tianjin municipality, 4 in Jiangsu province, 4 in Ningxia Hui autonomous region, 3 in Liaoning province, 3 in Fujian province, 3 in Hainan province, 3 in Shaanxi province, 2 in Zhejiang province, 2 in Hunan province, 2 in Tibet autonomous region, 1 in Beijing municipality, 1 in Shanxi province, 1 in Anhui province and 1 in Gansu province). 45,578 people who had had close contact with infected patients were freed from medical observation. The number of serious cases increased by 1.

As of 24:00 on Oct 14, 31 provincial-level regions and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps on the Chinese mainland had reported 24,952 cases of imported confirmed infections and no deaths. In all, 24,295 patients had been cured and discharged from hospital. There still remained 657 confirmed cases (no cases in serious condition) and no suspected cases.

As of 24:00 on Oct 14, the National Health Commission had received reports of 255,529 confirmed cases and 5,226 deaths in 31 provincial-level regions and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps on the Chinese mainland, and in all 245,740 patients had been cured and discharged from hospital. There still remained 4,563 confirmed cases (including 17 cases in serious condition) and no suspected cases. 6,679,400 people had been identified as having had close contact with infected patients. 421,884 were still under medical observation.

On Oct 14, 31 provincial-level regions and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps on the Chinese mainland reported 1,003 new asymptomatic cases (103 imported cases; 900 indigenous cases, 337 in Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region, 111 in Inner Mongolia autonomous region, 48 in Sichuan province, 40 in Heilongjiang province, 38 in Shanghai municipality, 37 in Hubei province, 32 in Yunnan province, 29 in Guangdong province, 25 in Shaanxi province, 22 in Jiangsu province, 22 in Anhui province, 21 in Jilin province, 19 in Shanxi province, 19 in Chongqing municipality, 18 in Ningxia Hui autonomous region, 15 in Liaoning province, 13 in Shandong province, 9 in Henan province, 8 in Tibet autonomous region, 7 in Tianjin municipality, 7 in Hebei province, 7 in Hunan province, 6 in Guizhou province, 3 in Beijing municipality, 3 in Gansu province, 2 in Zhejiang province, 1 in Fujian province and 1 in Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region).

On Oct 14, 496 asymptomatic cases were freed from medical observation (89 imported cases; 407 indigenous cases, 63 in Guizhou province, 50 in Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region, 43 in Sichuan province, 37 in Heilongjiang province, 28 in Ningxia Hui autonomous region, 27 in Gansu province, 24 in Tianjin municipality, 19 in Tibet autonomous region, 15 in Yunnan province, 12 in Inner Mongolia autonomous region, 12 in Guangdong province, 11 in Shandong province, 10 in Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, 8 in Hebei province, 7 in Jiangsu province, 7 in Zhejiang province, 6 in Liaoning province, 5 in Anhui province, 5 in Hubei province, 5 in Shaanxi province, 4 in Shanxi province, 3 in Shanghai municipality, 2 in Henan province, 1 in Jiangxi province, 1 in Hunan province, 1 in Chongqing municipality and 1 in Qinghai province). 54 asymptomatic cases became confirmed cases (including 5 imported cases). As of 24:00 on Oct 14, 15,377 asymptomatic cases were still under medical observation (including 935 imported cases).

As of 24:00 on Oct 14, 7,522,777 confirmed infections had been reported in the Hong Kong and Macao special administrative regions and Taiwan province: 423,014 in Hong Kong (10,261 had died and 87,818 had been cured and discharged from hospital), 793 in Macao (6 had died and 787 had been cured and discharged from hospital) and 7,098,970 in Taiwan (11,766 had died and 13,742 had been cured and discharged from hospital).
