Recently, a vast expanse of seepweed appeared in the wetlands of the Momoge National Nature Reserve in Zhenlai town of Baicheng, Jilin province.

When viewed from the air, the wetland might be mistaken for a color palette, as the red weeds grow together with some green plants, including reeds and cattails.
