The Shenyang Palace Museum opened an exhibit on June 30, showcasing its collection of paintings and calligraphy created by the literati during the Ming (1368-1644) and Qing (1644-1911) dynasties. The works reveal the creative talent and spiritual pursuit of these men of letters. The exhibit will run through Sept 20.
