FAW-Volkswagen launched the all-new Sagitar and Bora online on Tuesday, providing more sedan choices for customers.

The joint venture provides seven variants with three different powertrains of the all-new Sagitar, with suggested prices ranging from 127,900-172,900 yuan ($19,000-25,800).

The all-new Sagitar with a 1.5-liter Evo2 engine has a maximum output of 118 kilowatts and a top torque of 250 Newton meters.

The all-new Bora has five variants with two powertrains at prices starting from 112,900 yuan. The sedan's length extends to 4,672 millimeters and 1,478 mm in height.

With a 1.4-liter TSI engine, the all-new Bora has a maximum output of 85 kilowatts and a top torque of 200 Newton meters.

At the online launch ceremony, FAW-VW unveiled its first virtual-reality brand officer, Ida, to showcase the carmaker's latest digital achievements.

Ida will also communicate with customers in the FAW-VW online exhibition hall and provide brand and models' information.

The all-new Sagitar and Bora feature Volkswagen's latest IQ technology to provide customers with an intelligent and comfortable driving experience.

Since it entered China in 2001 and 2006 respectively, Sagitar and Bora models have sold more than 7 million units in total.
