Changan Ford launches 4-cylinder Focus at Chongqing auto show

Sino-US joint venture Changan Ford launched the new Focus on Saturday as its latest effort to explore the competitive compact segment.

The model is available in both hatchbacks and sedans, priced from 119,800 yuan to 145,800 yuan.

It features the latest family design and available in six colors including blue and orange.

The model sports the 1.5-liter EcoBoost 180 engines, with the maximum output reaching 130 kW and a top torque of 243 Nm.

The engine, coupled with the six-speed automatic transmission, sprints from zero to 100 km/hour in 7.9 seconds.

In terms of the interior, the model features an 8-inch LCD dashboard and a 12.3-inch touch screen center control.

It also boasts the SYNC+ infotainment system and Ford's Co-Pilot360 driving assist system.
