GAC Honda launches Fit Mugen

Sino-Japanese carmaker GAC Honda launched Fit Mugen on Monday, priced from 69,800 yuan.

The model features the Mugen logo as well as a more sporty design for the Generation Z customers.

The model sports a 1.5-liter i-VTEC engine and the CVT transmission. It generates a maximum output of 96 kW and a top torque of 155 Nm.

Honda's signature GDesign Shift technology further improves the model's driving performance.

The model is expected to attract the younger drivers with its sporty performance and affordability.

GAC Honda said it has sold over 1.3 million Fit vehicles in China, with the model's total sales reaching around 8 million around the world.
