An exhibit featuring intricate patterns on Western Zhou Dynasty (c.11th century-771 BC) bronzes is ongoing at the China Museum of Southern Water Town Culture in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province. The evolvement of casting technologies and meanings of the patterns are revealed in 159 pieces of bronze ware unearthed from Baoji, Shaanxi province. Some national treasures on this collection! The exhibit runs until Aug 18.
