A delicious breakfast is a great way to start the day – and also reflects the local culture. This is the topic of the first episode of the City to City short video series.

In this episode, Yuki Sato, a Japanese agricultural expert who currently works in Wenzhou, Zhejiang province and enjoys pondering Chinese and Japanese cultural differences, invited two of his friends – Akmal, a Tajikistani social media influencer studying at Wenzhou Medical University, and Yin Hongfang, a Wenzhou native studying in Tokyo, to share their thoughts on the breakfast cultures of Tokyo and Wenzhou.

Watch the video to witness the cultural collisions that ensue.

City to City was the latest short video series produced by the Wenzhou Overseas Media Center focusing on cultural differences. More episodes featuring the traditional cultures of South Korea, Spain and other countries will be released in the near future.
