SAIC Roewe launches new Clever EV with 311 km range

SAIC Roewe launched a new member of its mini-sized Clever EV family on Wednesday, with a range extended to 311 kilometers on one charge.
The new version, called Yuanqi Bobo, is priced at 59,999 yuan. Available in yellow and white, the 3,140-mm long model targets primarily at the young, who are increasingly preferring smaller but cuter ones with latest technological features.
SAIC Roewe said the model can be fully charged in 5.5 hours at home sockets. It is the only model in its segment that allows NFC entry, said the carmaker.
Other features available in the model include the reversing radar and the tire pressure monitoring system.
