The Preface to the Orchid Pavilion Gathering is renowned as the unparalleled semi-cursive script written by the famous calligrapher Wang Xizhi (303-361) in the Eastern Jin Dynasty (317-420). To educate the public about the culture, the Taizhou Museum is holding a traveling exhibit on the various facsimiles of the calligraphy work and its related stories. Ah, the elegant pursuits of the ancient Chinese intellectuals!
