Calling all dinosaur fans! A beautifully preserved dinosaur embryo tucked in a fossilized egg was recently unveiled. It was discovered in a cretaceous strata basin in Ganzhou, East China’s Jiangxi province some 21 years ago. Kept at the Yingliang Stone Natural History Museum in Fujian province, the fossil belonged to a theropod ("beast foot") dinosaur without teeth and can be traced back from 72 million to 66 million years ago.
