An exhibit on Jingdezheng ceramics commissioned by the imperial facilities of the Ming and the Qing dynasties (1368-1911) is on view at the Shandong Museum. More than 160 precious pieces selected from its collections are available for public viewing.

Jingdezhen in East China’s Jiangxi province was the imperial ceramics factory, or the “official kiln”, during the Ming and the Qing dynasties. The factory made a great contribution to the development of the Chinese ceramic culture.
