Ice popsicles inspired by treasure of Henan Museum

The Henan Museum recently rolled out ice popsicles modeled after its cherished cultural relic -- a bronze square hu vessel decorated with a crane and lotus petals. They look just like the delicately-designed vessel – and they taste great too!
Unearthed in pairs in 1923 from the tomb of the duke of the State of Zheng in Henan province, which was a fiefdom during the Spring and Autumn Period (770-476 BC), these hu vessels are believed to have been primary ritual objects used by the state. One of them is preserved at the Palace Museum in Beijing, while the other is in the collection of the Henan Museum.
