On Nov 7, 31 provincial-level regions and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps on the Chinese mainland reported 89 new cases of confirmed infections (24 imported cases, 6 in Shanghai municipality, 6 in Yunnan province, 3 in Shanxi province, 3 in Guangdong province, 1 in Inner Mongolia autonomous region, 1 in Zhejiang province, 1 in Fujian province, 1 in Shandong province, 1 in Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region and 1 in Sichuan province, including 3 confirmed cases converting from asymptomatic cases, 1 in Zhejiang, 1 in Guangdong and 1 in Sichuan; 65 indigenous cases, 20 in Dalian, Liaoning province, 18 in Henan province including 16 in Zhengzhou and 2 in Zhoukou, 8 in Xinji, Hebei province, 6 in Heihe, Heilongjiang province, 4 in Chengdu, Sichuan, 3 in Dehong Dai and Jingpo autonomous prefecture, Yunnan, 2 in Lanzhou, Gansu province, 1 in Changping district, Beijing municipality, 1 in Xiliin Gol League, Inner Mongolia, 1 in Shangrao, Jiangxi province and 1 in Changshou district, Chongqing municipality, including 18 confirmed cases converting from asymptomatic cases, 14 in Henan, 2 in Liaoning and 2 in Sichuan), no new cases of suspected infections, and no deaths. 56 patients were released from hospital after being cured. 1,620 people who had had close contact with infected patients were freed from medical observation. Serious cases decreased by 4.

As of 24:00 on Nov 7, 31 provincial-level regions and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps on the Chinese mainland had reported 9,760 cases of imported confirmed infections and no deaths. In all, 9,372 patients had been cured and discharged from hospital. There still remained 388 confirmed cases (including 3 cases in serious condition) and 1 suspected case.

As of 24:00 on Nov 7, the National Health Commission had received reports of 97,823 confirmed cases and 4,636 deaths in 31 provincial-level regions and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps on the Chinese mainland, and in all 91,985 patients had been cured and discharged from hospital. There still remained 1,202 confirmed cases (including 28 cases in serious condition) and 1 suspected case. 1,281,004 people had been identified as having had close contact with infected patients. 49,691 were still under medical observation.

On Nov 7, 31 provincial-level regions and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps on the Chinese mainland reported 46 new asymptomatic cases (12 imported cases; 34 indigenous cases, 12 in Dalian, Liaoning, 7 in Zhengzhou, Henan, 6 in Shangrao, Jiangxi, 3 in Dehong Dai and Jingpo autonomous prefecture, Yunnan, 3 in Lanzhou, Gansu, 2 in Chengdu, Sichuan and 1 in Shijiazhuang, Hebei). 11 asymptomatic cases were freed from medical observation (all were imported cases) and 21 asymptomatic cases became confirmed cases (including 3 imported cases). As of 24:00 on Nov 7, 456 asymptomatic cases were still under medical observation (including 335 imported cases).

As of 24:00 on Nov 7, 28,887 confirmed infections had been reported in the Hong Kong and Macao special administrative regions and Taiwan province: 12,368 in Hong Kong (213 had died and 12,036 had been cured and discharged from hospital), 77 in Macao (75 had been cured and discharged from hospital) and 16,442 in Taiwan (847 had died and 13,742 had been cured and discharged from hospital).
