Chery Automobile’s Jetour launched its X90 Plus on Friday, with five variants at suggested prices ranging from 101,900-139,900 yuan ($15,750-21,620).
The SUV comes with a choice of two engines. With a 1.5-liter turbo-supercharged engine, it has a maximum output of 115 kilowatts and a top torque of 230 Newton meters.
Equipped with a 1.6-liter GDI engine developed by Chery, it has a maximum output of 145 kW and a top torque of 290 Nm.
The X90 has a 2,850-millimeter wheelbase and measures 4,858 mm in length and 1,925mm in width.
Aiming to offer a comfortable space for families, the model uses 118 kinds of environmentally friendly materials in its roof, steering wheel, seats and other key parts of the vehicle.
In the intelligent connectivity realm, the X90 features a level 2 autonomous driving assistant thanks to Chery’s Lion intelligent system.
Jetour has sold more than 70,000 X90 over the past three years. The updated X90 Plus is expected to bring joy for more families, the carmaker said.
