Let’s appreciate an exquisite Chinese silk tapestry woven with kesi technology from the Southern Song Dynasty (1127-1279)! The weaver Zhu Kerou used her superb skills to vividly fashion a fine-line painting depicting small ducks swimming in a lotus pond. This masterpiece is now in the collection of the Shanghai Museum.
