Ora, a three-year old electric car brand, is showcasing its dedication to female buyers at the Chengdu Motor Show held from Aug 29 to Sept 7.
On a booth with features designed to appeal to young female customers, Ora attracts visitors with chances to try their hands at perfume modulation as well as many designer items including hats and ornaments.
What take center stage at the booth are eight electric Ora models with distinctly different target customers.
Of them, the Baleimao, or the Ballet Cat, model tend to appeal to chic and elegant ladies while the Mulan GT model, with a price of 135,000 yuan ($20,898), is designed to demonstrate women's independence.
Ora sold 7,127 vehicles in July 2021, up 140 percent year-on-year. In the first seven months of the year, its deliveries totaled 60,219 units, up 340.29 percent year-on-year.
