Austrian diplomat: China attracts further investments from Austria

"We have about 950 Austrian companies which have subsidiaries in China. They say they're probably going to make further investments in the future," said Dr. Michael Berger, Commercial Counsellor of the Austrian Embassy in China, during a recent interview with the China Daily website.

Dr. Michael Berger noted that no other country in the world has made as fast and as strong a development as China.

He also shared his views on China's 14th Five-Year Plan, China's e-commerce and the Belt and Road Initiative.
