Dongfeng Yueda Kia launches new compact SUV

Sino-South Korean carmaker Dongfeng Yueda Kia launched a compact SUV on Monday, the first mass-produced model bearing its new logo.

The model, called Sportage Ace, is available in five variants and priced from 139,800 yuan to 157,800 yuan.

There are two engine options, the 1.5-liter turbocharged engine and the 2.0-liter engine.

The 1.5-liter engine features the fourth-generation CVVD technology.

Coupled with a 7-speed transmission, the vehicle has a maximum output of 200 Ps and a fuel consumption of only 6.0 liters.

The Sportage Ace has advanced smart features. It sports Baidu’s 3.0 smart system and boasts Level 2 plus functions including HAD and NSCC.
