Boasting the folk characteristics of Guangdong province, the original dance drama Dragon Boat Racing will be performed at the Beijing Tianqiao Performing Arts Center from Oct 6 to 7. A winner of the Wenhua Award (the highest governmental prize for professional performing arts), it will treat audiences to exciting evocations of dragon boat races, as well as a quintessential Guangdong music repertoire.
