An exhibition commemorating the history of how the Communist Party of China was founded opened to the public in Beijing on Tuesday.
The exhibition showcases 958 photos, 1,357 pieces of cultural relics and 40 artworks.
The exhibition is held in the "Red Building", once the main campus of Peking University.
It was in this four-story red brick building that China's advanced youth, including Mao Zedong, developed the Marxist ideas that paved the way for the establishment of the CPC.
