My favorite Chinese food

My name is bailuoluo, from Thailand, I came to China to study for a semester. During my life here, I fell in love with Chinese culture and Chinese food. I found that "eating" is never simply to satisfy the appetite, it shows the unique spirit and culture of the Chinese people. The temptation of food makes me more interested in Chinese culture. Hot pot is one of my favorite Chinese food. No one can resist the temptation of Sichuan Chongqing hot pot. In the cold winter, Chinese friends and I are chatting around the steaming hot pot and feeling the rich aroma of hot pot. I think hot pot needs everyone to enjoy, It symbolizes the sweet love of Chinese people's biggest reunion. For me, hot pot makes me feel the enthusiasm of Chinese friends. I can enjoy the joy with my friends. Chinese culture has a long history, and so does Chinese food culture. Chinese hot pot makes me, as a foreigner, experience the Chinese culture with a long history, meet the hospitable Chinese friends, and Chinese food makes my days in China full of happiness。Life is like this, so is learning culture.

我叫白洛洛，来自泰国，我来中国留学了一个学期。在这里生活的过程中，我爱上了中国文化，也爱上了中国美食。我发现 “吃”从来不是简单的满足口腹之欲，它展示着中国人独有的精神与文化。美食的诱惑使我对中国文化的兴趣更加浓厚了火锅是我最喜欢的中国美食之一，没有人抵挡得住四川渝火锅麻，辣，鲜，香的诱惑。在寒冷的冬天里，我和中国朋友围绕着热气腾腾的火锅，一边聊天一边感受着火锅浓郁香气，我认为火锅最需要大家一起来享用，它圆满符号中国人最大团圆的甜爱。对我而言，火锅让我感到中国朋友的热情，我可以跟朋友一起，享受欢乐中国文化历史悠久，中国美食文化亦如此，中国火锅让我这个老外，体验到源远流长的中华文化，结识到热情好客的中国朋友。中华美食让我在中国的日子充满幸福，生活如此，学习文化亦如此。

Chinese is a mysterious and wonderful language. The more I learn, the more I like it. Because of the charm of Chinese, after I finished my undergraduate course, I chose to come to China to study as a master student, from Chinese language and culture to Chinese modern literature. In order to understand the works of famous Chinese writers and understand the historical stories of China at that time through their works.
