My day life at USTC

University of Science & Technology China "The MIT of China", is one of the leading universities in China. Everyone wants to be a USTCer. The teaching faculty of USTC is professionally trained and the labs of the USTC are fully equipped with state-of-the-art equipment that allows students to apply their theoretical knowledge to practical aspects. USTC provides not only quality education but also better living standards.

This video enlightens my daily life at USTC as a student. Every morning I get up at five o' clock in the morning, then I offer my prayer and go for morning exercise. I jog and do some light exercise to keep myself physically and mentally fit. This semester I am studying major courses, so sometimes I attend class lectures or do self-study in the library. The environment at the library is distraction-free. It is a place with quiet and serenity that makes a study-friendly environment.

To extend my social connection with Chinese culture I do participate in different activities such as English-corner activity. In the English corner, we choose a topic and debate on it. It not only lets you share your opinion about a certain topic but also helps to improve interpersonal skills.

Sports are a crucial part of a student's growth and development. They help in the development of mental health and physical fitness of the body. I often participate in physical activities organized by the school. Besides, I like to play badminton, usually, on weekends I go to play badminton.

Friends are an important part of one's life, especially when you are far away from your family. Friend's company boosts happiness and reduces stress. Despite a very busy schedule I spare sometimes for friends to chit-chat and amuse the moments.

My name is Muhammad Usman, I belong to Pakistan. I am an international student at the University of Science & Technology China. I am studying Master's degree in control & automation engineering, mainly focused on autonomous UAVs.
