GAC Aion S Plus sedan hits market

Chinese new energy vehicle maker GAC Aion launched its latest sedan, the Aion S Plus, on Wednesday.
The model, available in five variants, is priced from 139,600 yuan to 172,600 yuan. Its driving range on one charge is from 410 km to 602 km.
It has adopted the design language of the ENO.146, which claims to be the concept with the lowest air drag coefficient.
The Aion S Plus has an air drag coefficient 14 percent lower than the Aion S sedan, whose accumulated sales have exceeded 100,000 units.
With the maximum output reaching 165 kW, it can accelerate from zero to 100 km/hour in 6.8 seconds.
The model sports the ADIGO 4.0 smart system, with a 14.6-inch touch screen.
Its facial recognition function enables the car to adjust itself for different drivers, and it is smart enough to tell the driver's mood and play different music accordingly.
Its 5G access allows the driver to shoot Tiktok videos and upload them simultaneously.
Based on the GEP 2.0 platform, the model has a wheelbase of 2,750 mm and measures 1,880 mm in width.
