70% of Chinese expected to get vaccinated by year-end

Nearly 70 percent of Chinese are expected to receive COVID-19 vaccines by the end of this year, said Feng Duojia, president of the China Association for Vaccines.
China's annual manufacturing capacity for COVID-19 vaccines will reach about 5 billion doses in 2022, he said during an online forum held on April 7.
Latest data from the National Health Commission shows that over 149 million doses were administered in China as of Wednesday.
